from Founder & Director, TLC
The
Top Leadership Center (TLC) was
founded 2010 and has grown steadily both in form and in substance since its
formation. The uniqueness of TLC lies in the combination of its members, who
are university students in Cambodia, and our workforce diversity around the
globe.
To
date, we have had an increasing pool of national and international trainers
from various industries coming together to share expertise and best practices
in fields of management, leadership and so forth. The monthly training seminars have been running
successfully and receiving excellent, constructive feedbacks from our
participants for us to improve our trainings.
Our
next step is to play a significant role in contributing towards making Cambodia
into a center of Global Training in the region. TLC will be working with Cambodia
government namely Ministry Of Education, Youth and Sports in order to develop Cambodia’s own Accreditation Program for Professional
Trainers.
Last
but not least, I would like to acknowledge that it is the TLC members who have
brought the TLC in a way to its long term success. My sincere appreciation goes
especially to all TLC families whose profound and professional contributions
have been evident. All of us continue to
grow as an individual, as a freelance training center and as well as Cambodia.
